  • The DZ Women's Strength contest.

    The DZ women’s strength contest. The winner will be determined by who can lift the most amount of weight for the most amount of reps and who can hang on the pull-up the bar the the longest Two classes. Tall class over 150lb and Short class under 150lb. The caveats. 1 . The exercises will be the barbell bench press, the hex bar squat and who can hang the longest on the pull-up bar. 2. You get two chances for each exercise. 3.  First place winner receives one free month of group classes and a trophy, second-place receives two weeks free of group classes and third-place receives a free bottle of joint support. 4. Entry fee is $25 per person if you pre pay before June 12. Otherwise it’s $30.  5. If a member brings a person they get $10 off their fee. June 12 at 11am.
