Hey, my name is Zach Miller. I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember. Sports were my life growing up. But after a tough injury sidelined my playing days, I found a new purpose in the fitness industry. What started as a way to recover and stay in shape turned into a passion for helping others push past limits, build confidence, and transform their lives through fitness and nutrition.
