Hi I’m Kevin! I hold a degree in Kinesiology from Temple University and have been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. I’ve been competing in bodybuilding since 2014. My journey has been a blend of academic learning and hands-on experience in general fitness and a physical therapy setting. I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives!
