The inventor of the X-Moves, Shortening the Bands with Cylinders, Overload Bands, and the inspiration behind the new X3 Belt for Split Squats. Maykell was the first to show belted squats with the X3 Bar and recommended to his friend John Jaquish that he needed to make an X3 Belt.
