THE (12 WEEK) SNAPBACK Academy PERSONALIZED DIET Based on your dietary restrictions, I will create a customized meal guide that gets you results. I will provide you with a meal plan with various meal options. No more restrictive starvation diets or boring bland recipes that no one wants to eat. Zero macro/calorie counting! CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS Based on your current physique and goals, I will provide you with a workout program for home, but it can be completed in the gym, if that's what you prefer. How-to video tutorials for all exercises in a home and/or gym setting. SUPPLEMENTS Based off of your goals, I will provide recommendations for supplementation. We will discuss specific supplements that will help you reach your goals faster, once you have mastered you knew meal guidance. I will work with you to fit your supplementation in your budget. CHECK INS You are responsible for setting up a call with me on weeks 3, 7 and 11 to ensure you are on track and progressing well. This is how I can monitor clients’ progress, and how clients begin to develop self-accountability, which is an essential tool for sustaining the progress they’ve made after completing the 12 week program. I am a mama, but not YOUR mama!

There are 5 workouts each week with 2 optional cardio days. The goal is push yourself while creating the habit of working out consistently. There is no equipment required to complete the challenge, it can be done from home. Video demonstrations included for every exercise!

My name is Keeli and I am a Georgia native. After gaining a few - ok maybe 20 - pounds during my college years, a breakup pushed me into a new relationship with the gym. I competed as a bodybuilder (Bikini) from 2016 to 2018 and vloged my journey to the stage on my YouTube channel - Workouts by Keeli. I️ am currently a wife and mom and love helping mamas lose that baby weight and restrengthen their core!
