THE (12 WEEK) SNAPBACK Academy PERSONALIZED DIET Based on your dietary restrictions, I will create a customized meal guide that gets you results. I will provide you with a meal plan with various meal options.No more restrictive starvation diets or boring bland recipes that no one wants to eat. Zero macro/calorie counting! CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS Based on your current physique and goals, I will provide you with a workout program for home, but it can be completed in the gym, if that's what you prefer. How-to video tutorials for all exercises in a home and/or gym setting. SUPPLEMENTS Based off of your goals, I will provide recommendations for supplementation. We will discuss specific supplements that will help you reach your goals faster, once you have mastered you knew meal guidance. I will work with you to fit your supplementation in your budget. CHECK INS You are responsible for setting up a call with me on weeks 3, 7 and 11 to ensure you are on track and progressing well. This is how I can monitor clients’ progress, and how clients begin to develop self-accountability, which is an essential tool for sustaining the progress they’ve made after completing the 12 week program.
