Hey, I’m Rodney Walker. I started my fitness journey at 13 thanks to my dad, and I’ve been training intensely since 2016—6 to 7 days a week, every week. With nearly a decade of personal experience and over 5 years of coaching, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from first-timers to advanced lifters needing that extra push.
