Working with career-oriented fathers on balancing life, getting stronger, and getting leaner eating you and your family’s favourite foods. I got started as a youth coach a long time ago with the goal of helping kids in their respective sports and their training regiments along the way. After doing this for 6 years I started to see certain patterns amongst my athletes. I know what I was doing was useful but there was a more valuable way to do it.
Over time I started to see how different kids of different talent levels progressed over time given a combination of their talents and their level of family structure at home. I saw kids who were insanely talented struggling with things off the field. To make a long story short I realized giving some help to the dads that are spending more time with them than I ever would have a much more lasting impact than anything I could do at practice.
Now I spend my time working with dads on being able to balance all the thing’s life throws at them in a timely manner while being able to cut their body fat percentage in half! We are going to do this with my three-pillar method using Schedule, Fan Food, and Activity Integration. When we combine all these things, we will get you moving and feeling better than you have in years!
