My name is Ryan Wengryn & I specialize in training Military/Police/Firefighter Candidates to pass the physical fitness test required to pursue their dream career.

I have 10+ years of fitness experience, ranging from:

-Army Commando Fitness Trainer Course
-Police/Firefighter Physical Screening Tests
