SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING — €250 / MONTH This is not group training and not open gym. You train at the same time as a few other people, but each athlete follows a completely individual program based on their goals, level, injuries and progress. You are basically doing 1-to-1 coaching — just in a shared training hour. How the sessions work During your booked hour: • Every person has their own workout • I coach you through every exercise • I correct technique and posture • I adjust weights and difficulty in real time • I track your progress weekly You are never left alone and never following a random class workout. Why this works better than normal PT You still receive personal coaching, but the training environment becomes more motivating and consistent.
