About Caitlyn

My name is Caitlyn, I’ve been a group fitness and personal trainer for 6 years now, and I take my fitness along with others very seriously. My mission has been the same: Bringing adaptive, life long changes to those around me to help better their health, boost longevity, and enjoy quality of life. With an ever growing knowledge in fitness, I make it my mission to work within current studies to provide safe and memorable fitness experiences!

I focus on providing stability training, along with the high intensity training to help benefit the cardiovascular system. With a little bit of yoga thrown in there, I try bring an open minded approach to everyone’s specific goals and history in mind.
