Hey I'm Bergen!

I've been a fitness coach for 3 years now. My background is in athletics (although I haven't always been "fit"). I'm born and raised in Bozeman, MT and currently live in Seattle, WA!

I'm a former Division I athlete and now a very passionate fitness coach who is here to help you achieve anything you set you mind to!

I'm one of the most compassionate and empethetic fitness coaches you will meet. I deeply care for you, and want to give you the tools to transform your body, mind, and spirit!
