My name is Viktor Vaigel, and I love to help others improve their health, mind and physique through fitness and exercise.
Moving my body was always an important aspect of my life and throughout the decades on the road of fitness I have learned how to motivate and help others to get started or become better on their journey. Competitive fighting in combat sports had a massive positive impact on my mental and physical health, and long distance endurance racing and ultra-running taught me even more about the importance of will power and persistence. I believe there is a strong connection between exercise and life itself, and the stronger we become in our mind and body, the easier is to handle the challenges that life throws at us.
Using my determination to transform others I got qualified and received my Higher National Diploma in Fitness, Health and Exercise and since 2018 I am providing services as a Fitness instructor, Personal trainer and Lifestyle coach.
