Dennis came to San Diego during his first Marine Corps tour where he was stationed in Camp Pendleton for 5 years. During his time in service he honed his passion for fitness and developed effective leadership skills that truly set him apart amongst fitness professionals. As a trainer Dennis brings the same grade of discipline and accountability that keep Marines alive in the heat of battle.
