About Finn

My passion for Health and Fitness started when I was in my final few years of high school, and a friend introduced me to the Gym for the first time.

It was safe to say that I never left after that day!

Coming from someone who had never done a sport or active hobby until 15 years old, I know what it is like to start from scratch, with no knowledge, no trainer and no experience. I worked alongside my friends from the ground up and found passion in weight lifting due to the progressive and continual reward I felt I felt from it.

Weight Lifting forced me to focus, and put all of my effort into a project that I could look back and be extremely proud of, it forced me to deal with frustration, setbacks, develop work ethic and basic research skills, and eventually as I started to see potential for a career, even my morals and habits started to shift along with it.

As a result, my introduction to fitness helped me transition into a focused, driven (both physically and academically) and person centered mindset. And now, I want to share this experience with the world, and show you how we can utilise health, psychology and fitness to show you your Unlimited Potential.

SPECIALISATION:

I specialise in weight loss and strength training from a fitness standpoint. But my main goal is to help individual live optimal lifestyles, through Wellbeing, Behaviour and Habit Management.

Weight-Loss clients make up the large majority of my client base and is my main focus due to my areas of knowledge and experience. Natural Bodybuilding and Powerlifting are also niches that clients train with me for due to my personal passion and experiences in weight lifting.

Over the past 4 years I have worked hard in developing my understanding and application of Psychology. I finished university in 2020 and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021. During this time I covered assignments around mental health, behaviour management, health, statistics, combat sports, psychotherapy, biopsychology and cognitive science.
