For just $5 a week, you will get 5 workouts a week emailed directly to you every Monday that you can follow from the comfort of your own home. THAT IS JUST $1 PER WORKOUT! Forget those generic workouts that you find online. These workouts will aid in weight loss and progressively increase your strength, stamina, and muscle growth if followed consistently.
