I'm Eric Perez, the owner and head trainer at Train MANA. With over 9 years of experience, I specialize in diverse training styles such as bodybuilding, HIIT, CrossFit, and more. My journey began with a personal transformation during middle school, inspiring my mission to enhance lives through fitness.

Having worked with a range of clients, including students, athletes, parents, and even entire fire departments, I've witnessed the positive impact of fitness on various aspects of life. My passion extends beyond training; I founded a non-profit providing fitness education to low-income schools.

A few facts about me: I hold a degree in Fire Science and Technology, have an affinity for sweets (especially donuts!), and I'm a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community committed to making the world better.
