About Steph

In September 2023, my world completely changed when I discovered for the first time that I was pregnant. I had been working in the fitness industry for 5+ years, most recently as a personal trainer for the last 2.5. I have loved helping my clients reach their goals and their successes feel like my success.

My career has been a huge blessing in my life, but the night I learned I was pregnant my priorities shifted basically overnight. I decided to acquire my prenatal & postnatal certification through FIT4MOM and I started planning my online business venture.

I had my son in May 2024 and its become a personal passion for me to share everything I've learned through my FIT4MOM course, pregnancy, and postpartum with other mamas and expecting mamas!
