This program is for four, in person training sessions and access to workouts on the app for 30 days. If the client uses MyFitnessPal to track meals, I can provide suggestions for healthy substitutes, but since I am not a registered dietitian I cannot provide meal plans. However, I can talk about my personal experience with weight loss, including my eating habits.
