About Reinhard

Hey There!

My name is Reinhard Senger, and I am a Toronto Based Trainer and Amateur Boxer. My athletic journey started at a young age, with my passion for soccer. Through hard work, great coaches, and seized opportunities that came my way, I was able to play soccer in Germany, England, Belgium, Holland and Mexico in my youth. I pursued soccer at College, where I played Div. 1 NCAA in North Carolina for a few years before returning home.

That led me to my second and very different athletic passion in life, which is boxing. Having started my soccer journey at such a young age and improving so quickly, I forgot how difficult, awkward, and disheartening it can be to learn a new sport or skillset. Boxing humbled me. It forced me to unlearn before I could learn, lean on and seek help and instruction from my coaches, and try my hardest to get better. My love for Boxing and improvement over the years has led me into training, as there is no way I would be the fighter and athlete I am today without my coaches' help.

My goal is to help you become the best athlete or version of yourself that you can be to give your all to life.
