About Beth

I am a qualified Women's Specialist Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Sports Nutrition Advisor with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence and healthy habits.

Growing up in Somerset as an active individual, I moved to London in 2014 to study dance in search of a career I truly cherished. After years of reoccurring injury and never feeling good enough for the dance industry, I decided it was finally time to take a new path and ended up in the health and fitness industry.

After graduating from Middlesex University with a BA (hons) in Dance Studies, I went on to gain a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the Health Sciences Academy. I then went on to complete a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification with The Gym Academy having hopes of motivating other like-minded women to take control of their health and happiness.

As a trained dancer, I understand exactly what it takes to effectively train to your mind and body for optimal physical and mental health. In 2018, I undertook a Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma with The North London School of Sports Massage to deepen my knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, ensuring my clients are always training safely and appropriately for their bodies.

Realising that my client base was predominantly female, I then undertook a Women's Fitness Specialisation Training Certification with the NASM in the early summer of 2020. I now use the experiences gained through each of these qualifications to enhance each of the in-person and online services that I provide.

Later this year, I will be undertaking a Pre and Post Natal Fitness qualification so that I can continue to support my clients as they move into the different/next stage of their lives.
