Lets talk about GOALS! In this FREE 30 minute session, you'll receive a movement screen and fill out required forms as a prerequisite to any exercise programs. Any questions you may have about any of my offered services can be freely addressed in this session.
This includes assisted dynamic stretching as well as recovery tools to help with mobility, muscle soreness, and flexibility. You will have access to an online stretching program to help keep your results consistent and available on the app wherever you go.
Every 4 weeks you will get 8 session credits for 30 minute Assisted Stretch (expire after 4 weeks)
I get it, there's a lot of information out there about different trending diets, or how to eat certain things to drastically change your life in just 30 days. But the thing is, a lot of that is just roping you in to something that just is not sustainable. With nutrition coaching, you'll learn exactly what macronutrients are, how to track them, and why they are important for fueling your body! Included is meal tracking and one weekly 15min meeting to discuss your achievements and setting new attainable goals for starting new healthful habits, as well as access to different meal ideas to help make keeping tracking of those macros easy peasy!
We all know sometimes its hard to get to the gym at a specific time every day. Life happens! For this reason, I'm offering online personal training! This will include access to the app and our exercise video library that breaks down how to safely and properly perform exercises. If you have a home gym or another gym you prefer to work out at, this is a great option for you! You'll have 4 days of programmed workouts to follow and track your progress, as well as access to me in case you have any questions. Please allow 24-48 business hours for me to respond. If nutrition coaching is something you would like to incorporate, we can add that on to your plan as well.
