I have always been active. I started swimming competitively at 8. After that I began other activities: basketball, softball, and soccer. Playing sports all through high school I tore my ACL my senior year and took some time off to focus on college. After college I started working at an Animal Hospital and fell in love with anatomy. I love how the body moves, why it moves, how it moves when it is protecting us from injury and the small changes we can make to make it move better. Over the last 10 plus years, I have worked with beginners to professional athletes. I love what I do and why I do it.
