About Tim

I have been a personal trainer for 20 years now gaining the experience and knowledge to help you succeed in your fitness journey. I have a BSC Hons Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition and also a Post Graduate Certificate in the same subject. On top of that I have done various courses with the YMCA such as advanced level 3.

My experience comes from many aspects as a successful bodybuilding champion, 1st place Bodybuilding Judge for NABBA in 2022, and my many years helping people achieve their goals.

I have clients who have been with me for more than 15 years and it's a pleasure working with self minded people who wish to improve their physical and mental health.

I am looking forward to working and helping you achieve your fitness goals.
