Ease into an active lifestyle with basic workouts and staple exercises. Get daily prompts to keep you on track for healthy habits such as water intake, fresh air, mindfulness, self care, etc. This program lasts for 30 days and includes: -1-2 daily exercise(s) to perform (rotating through 5 different ones), walking days, supportive daily messages, and a start and finish progress assessment.
I grew up in a very active home, and sports were a regular part of life. Not everyone grew up like I did. Some of you are just deciding now as an adult that it's time to get active.
As a mom I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself, and to take care of your own health and wellness. If I have learned anything over the last few years, itโs that we canโt pour from an empty cup. I was feeling tired, burnt out, unmotivated and mentally exhausted. A few daily changes, that were consistent, helped me out of that slump.
It is my goal to help women learn to make daily habits that keep their cup full. Being healthy shouldnโt be hard. Let me show you how you too can find time in your busy day to prioritize your health.
