    Training includes custom training program, nutrition app with 1-7 different days worth of meal plans. (can use one day or all 7 to mix it up but we recommend starting off with the minimum as to not overwhelm yourself and make it a little more practical to shop and prep) Training program will be custom tailored to fit your ability level, personal and professional schedule, and personal preferences taken into consideration as well. We want to ensure you have a great experience as we have found that when the plan is practical and enjoyable, our athletes see a greater level of success and lifestyle transformation. Training is delivered via our training app. You will be provided with a custom login and can access it on your laptop, iPhone, android, and even your tablet. You will have your very own calendar with tracking features such as a space for weigh ins, body measurements, and progress photos. Each exercise has a demonstration video that you can play directly from your workouts so that you will not find yourself lost in the gym trying to figure out what an exercise is or how to perform it. The nutrition is a detailed meal plan with grocery lists as well as recipes for certain meals included. You will have a login to our programming app which will allow you to access your meal plan, the features included, and even swap out food items to fit your preferences without compromising on the value or efficacy of the meal plan.
