About Stephanie

I first fell in love with fitness as a teenager and joined the Marine Corps right out if high school.

Fast forward several years: I'm out of the military, and a stay-at-home mom and my fitness & health took a back seat. I really didn't know anything about nutrition except the latest fad diet, and I was lost in the exercise department. I went back to running; something I used to hate, but was the only thing I really knew. I lost weight and felt good, but my body shape did not really change.

A few years later, I re-entered the workforce and started a new a job that kept me sedentary. I thought self-care was junk food and lounging on the couch. I missed my runs, but I was just too tired. I began to feel more and more unhealthy and felt out of control. I wanted to be happy with my career and myself. I love fitness and wanted to help people.

I became a Certified Personal Trainer; completing the program with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My goal is to help others like me. People who love their lives, but realize they need to put their fitness and health first, so they can be healthy, happy, and living their best life!

If you've read this far and any of this spoke to you, I'd absolutely love to work with you!
