This is for the Very INTENTIONAL Person. Custom Program includes: 👊🏽Us working together to create a plan that will guide and assist you in reaching your fitness goals. (Unlimited Workouts) 👍🏽Determine and address obstacles and challenges that have prohibited you from achieving your goals. 🙋🏽♀️address any previous injuries or pains that have been debilitating/ irritating ( This is what we call corrective programming. Within your workouts, I will make sure that we include exercises/ activities that will aid you in being as pain-free, flexible, mobile, and in alignment as possible. So if you have pain with squatting, this is your program) ✍🏽Weekly virtual coaching calls (We will address weekly outcomes, necessary adjustments, and create a weekly Focus.) 🍎Nutritional guidance ( this is not the same as the nutritional coaching add-on product. This will include monitoring your current nutritional habits via MyFitnessPal and making suggestions that will assist you in reaching your goals. I will not be giving you a specific meal plan. If you would like a specific meal plan, then you can purchase the add-on meal plan.
