My Training Style…
While I train both powerlifting and bodybuilding, my current style of coaching with regards to hypertrophy is all about learning to contract the muscle correctly, teaching proper form, eliminating momentum from doing the work for you and putting focused stress on targeted muscles in order to gain maximum results
