Megan has spent years creating content on Instagram to shine light on the BS in the fitness industry that preys on insecurities and restrictive quick fixes.

Showing others how to build muscle and drop fat in a sustainable ENJOYABLE way with weight lifting, movement, and nutrition.

And vulnerably sharing her own story on battling body image issues, food, hormones imbalances, and mental health.

She has worked alongside clients for years transforming them physically and mentally.

From training clients in person and online since 2015 there is nothing she is more passionate about than seeing the confidence in ones transformation.

Her goal while working with any client is to help them break through their own barriers and bad habits to step into their power and become their best selves.
