This is an intense Total Body Workout Program designed to use all major muscle groups. This Program utilizes Body Weight cardio, Resistance, and Strength Training. Each routine consists of 5 Rounds of 4 Total Body Exercises to burn maximum calories and fat in a short amount of time.
