Hi, I’m Dr. Zo, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, former D1 athlete, certified personal trainer and parent of 2. I understand that as the demands of life increase, our bodies start to fight against us. Chronic pain creeps in, fatigue knocks us down, and stiffness becomes the norm. It’s easy to get stuck in this cycle, focusing on the limitations, but this misguided focus can often leave us feeling frustrated like we’re not getting anywhere.
That’s exactly why I created the Zo Fit Method. Instead of just managing pain or pushing through fatigue, we focus on what you really want to do—whether that’s lifting your kids without discomfort, getting off the floor with ease, or even running a 5K. I break these real-life goals into manageable pieces, then provide you with step-by-step exercises and activities backed by science to help you accomplish each piece.
