TFW NorCal specializes in getting clients to lose fat, gain lean muscle and feel good about themselves. Unlike big box gym and fitness centers, TFW NorCal aims at providing small group and one on one personal training to meet the unique needs of 35+ year old clients.

We have satisfied clients from Silicon Valley companies such as Google, Apple and Cisco as well as nurses, stay at home moms, retirees, firefighters, police officers, busy professionals and parents.

I am a 19 year veteran police officer, P.O.S.T. Defensive Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor, Taser Instructor, Impact Weapons Instructor, SWAT Operator and Level 1Gracie Survival Tactics Instructor. I am a certified NASM CPT and a RKC KB Instructor.
