The program also provides a nutrition habits checklist (covering hydration, balanced plates, and portion sizes), unlimited access to research-based education and information, participation in the referral program, and unlimited one-on-one Zoom calls with your coach. You’ll benefit from week-to-week progress tracking and much more. As with other offerings, it does not include medical nutrition therapy or recommendations to treat, cure, or prevent diseases.

The Fit Family Fundamentals – Online Family Nutrition Coaching package No refunds once services are rendered -provides 7-day-a-week coaching and mentoring through an online app. -It’s designed for clients who want guidance on creating family meals while also working toward individual fitness goals. -The program includes scheduled Zoom calls for the whole family, support for reducing takeout and cooking more at home, and the integration of favorite foods into meal plans. -Families will complete bi-weekly photo check-ins of meals and portions, and each member will receive a “Build-Your-Own-Plate” visual template. -The package also includes home-based family workouts but does not offer recommendations for treating, curing, or preventing diseases, nor does it include full, comprehensive gym-based exercise programs.
