About Tara

Raised in Melbourne, Australia & currently living on the sunny Gold Coast!

I have been an athlete for almost my entire life & naturally became a coach in 2013.

As an adult, body building is what inspired me, then I developed a love of Sports Specific Training as I ventured down a competitive GridIron path & loved learning new training techniques.
After GridIron, I discovered CrossFit where I learnt even more about Bodybuilding, Olympic Lifting, Endurance, Strongman, Swimming, Functional Training & Gymnastics!

CrossFit opened my eyes to so many training styles which inspired me to become a better & more well rounded coach.
CrossFit took me to competing at the CrossFit Games, International CrossFit competitions & plenty of large comps competing alongside the best in Oceana! It was a really fun & rewarding journey with lots of great memories.

Now as I'm getting older & thinking about the future, the spotlight is less on me & my performance, but more on business & helping others achieve their goals... and for me - it's about training smarter, not harder.

With the knowledge I've absorbed over the years, I program for longevity - not short term wins.

I turn every day people into 'athletes' that look better than ever, feel amazing, perform better inside & outside of the gym and have the ultimate balance in their lives.

My purpose is to help people be that person they wish they could be, by guiding, supporting, educating & motivating you!
