I’m Chassidy Escobedo, founder of Synergy of Self a space where transformation happens at the level of body, mind, and soul. As a Quantum Healer, Psychic Medium, Intuitive Teacher, and Certified Nutrition + Macro Coach, I help people heal trauma, release subconscious blocks, and create lasting alignment with their highest potential.

My journey from abuse, addiction, and disconnection to deep healing shaped the foundation of my work: real change requires both science and soul. That’s why I combine evidence-based practices like personal training, corrective exercise, performance coaching, and nutrition science with powerful modalities such as Reiki, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Somatic Coaching, Breathwork, and Energy Healing.
