Hello I am IFBB Elite Pro Shon Roberson and your gateway to health and fitness.  I am a International Sports Science Association certified trainer and have competed internationally as a natural bodybuilder and physique competitor.  
My passion is helping people that serious about their health and achieving their fitness, and weight-loss goals. I offer 1 on 1 training, & organize group training in the Pearland/Houston area.
