6-week youth athletic training program designed to maximize an athlete's performance in their respective sport and reduce their chance of injury. Athletes will train to develop confidence and learn tools to build a strong work ethic. Throughout this 6-week program the athletes will learn about sports nutrition & recovery. They will learn the importance of flexibility, mobility and the role they play on athletic performance. Athletes will work through building blocks of Stabilization, then progressing on to Strength exercises and then on to Power or explosive movements in an effort to increase their speed, agility and quickness. Training sessions will be held both indoor and outdoors. Training Camp is from June 12 - July 31st. We will hold 3 training sessions each week (18 total training sessions). Training days are Monday, Wednesday & Saturday Spots are limited.
