I started my journey as a chubby 12 year old fat kid trying to get in shape and avoid being embarrassed. I missed out on a ton of trips to the lake and the pool because I didn't want to take my shirt off. I'm now 55 and in the best shape of my life.

I've been fortunate enough to work with the best coaches and mentors in the fitness and wellness industry to not only help myself but help others using the phenomenal amount of wisdom they imparted.
