From a young age, sports were the cornerstone of my life. Whether it was wrestling, football, or lacrosse, my schedule revolved around practice, and it was through these experiences that I learned the true meaning of goal setting and the relentless dedication required to achieve those goals. College lacrosse further instilled in me the importance of teamwork and understanding that the success of the team is determined by the strength of each individual member.

My journey took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with cancer. This challenging chapter taught me patience and the invaluable lesson of letting go of things beyond my control. It also gave me a profound understanding of what it feels like to be trapped in your own body, only to have hope restored by the unwavering support of loved ones and community. This experience fueled my commitment to health and fitness as a core value, driving me to become the best version of myself and inspiring me to help others do the same.

Over the past 14 years, I have honed my skills as a coach, meeting individuals where they are and guiding them to where they want to go. My passion for nutritional coaching led to my involvement in developing a prepared meal service, which grew into a national franchise. This journey taught me the power of community and the importance of personalized guidance in the pursuit of health.

Today, I am thrilled to bring my experience and mindset to the Suprahuman community. Being part of this movement is an honor, and I am eager to contribute to helping others achieve elite performance, not just in their bodies, but in every area of their lives.
