As a coach, it is my duty to help you achieve your goals, but I like to take it one step further - I want to show you what you’re capable of.
Training is so much more than pushing, pulling and running until you drop. It’s about understanding how to move and about listening to your body, so that you can reach your absolute potential.
Since physical training only takes up max 5-6hrs of your week, it’s important to stay on top of what you do in the meantime - eating right, sleeping right, de-stressing and knowing when to take a break. I place a big focus on these factors when working with clients and would love to show you how easy it is to find the perfect balance between training and living. Being a vegetarian of 4 years, I know how to make sure you’re getting the right balance of foods on your plate to have you feeling healthy and making sure you’re doing your absolute best come training day and on off-days too.
I love working with beginners as well as athletes to show them how far they can push themselves and, most importantly, how to enjoy the process - so if you want to lose some weight, tone up, get big, strong and fit or just simply get moving again, be in touch for a free consultation and we'll make this work!
