In home training is convenient and allows you to have that trainer experience without the monthly gym membership fees. I am available to come to your home within a 20 mile radius of my home location, or you can come to my home gym where I have equipment set up for you to use. Add this service onto any online program you choose. This way you have your home program in the app along with in-person sessions regularly or as needed.
