About Bob

I am an ACE certified personal trainer, and amateur fighter (muay Thai, MMA, boxing). I started my fitness journey in 2009 with kickboxing. Started coaching in 2010 and added muay Thai, boxing, and Brazilian Ju-jitsu, and wrestling to my list of martial arts. Over the next few years I coached groups and 1-on-1 lessons for muay Thai and Kickboxing. After seeing the positive change my students were going through I decided to dive deeper into the professional fitness world by getting my personal trainer certification. Now I have started this site to maximize my positive reach to no limits.
