Services:
1 Online personal training session or 1 personal training session at a gym or home local to the trainer(discuss before purchase)
On purchase, you will get 1 session credits for PT Session (expire after 1 month)
8 Week Bodyweight Program. You can contact the trainer for assistance/modification at any time and will have access to a couple of Kinstretch or Stretch & Strength classes. Equipment ideally needed: Red/black band. Doorway Pull Up Bar Dip bars (two boxes or chairs would work if not) TRX suspension trainer or Gymnastic rings(ideally) Stick for balance. Two yoga bricks Dumbbells or Kettlebells can also be used to add intensity but not necessary.
A workout plan to be carried out at home. You'll need one or two dumbbells or kettlebells, a pull up bar (doorway pull up bar would be fine) and maybe a stick and hooped band. You'll also have access to some Kinstretch routines.
A basic 16 week program to get you moving and stronger through bodyweight training. Equipment needed: Band (Red or black) Suspension Trainer ideally(TRX or cheaper version is fine) Contact me for more information.

The 8-Week Kinstretch Experience A complete, follow-along program combining short daily CARs sessions and full-length studio classes, filmed live for an authentic training experience. 5 x 1 hour Personal Training Sessions. Either online or in-person (venue either in St Ives or to be agreed prior to starting)

Gerard Coville is an experienced personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. He is also a qualified yoga teacher and Martial Arts coach. As one of the first Kinstretch & FRC mobility specialists in his area he is able to guide you through proper technique and guidance as well as provide a functional range assessment to check the available range and movement control you have and may need to develop. Gez has competed/trained in Martial arts (Thai boxing/MMA/judo/grappling) since he was a child and continues to teach today. He has coached numerous champions throughout his years. Gez specialises in flexibility and movement and loves to find ways to control the body through bodyweight exercises as well as using weights when needed. Whatever age you are, Gez can make you move better.
