    This program is a 4-day in gym upper/lower split. This program is for the athlete who is already confident in their form and their dedication to being in the gym 4 days per week. This is not technique coaching, it is simply a program for the competent lifter to follow. Access to a gym is required as some exercises are to be performed on machines and other specialty equipment.

About Adelina

Hi there! My name is Adelina Canolli. I have been a full-time personal trainer since 2016 and It’s been an incredible journey, learning from multiple mentors, and gaining hours and hours of hands-on experience, I fell in love with something that I knew was my calling all along.

My passion for training grew the more people I started to train. Being able to be there for someone during the most vulnerable stages of their health journey and help them see success within themselves was so fulfilling to me.

Fast forward through hundreds of clients, I was exposed to different training modalities and philosophies. I have trained people for strength, muscle/bone density gain, sports performance, and fat loss. I have trained people from different age demographics, and physical capacities, in person and even online.

Whatever your specific needs are, or restrictions are, I know I can take care of you!

I also have another passion for alleviating people’s pain and discomfort which is a big reason for adding the therapy side to our business. My hands-on approach with manual therapy techniques and alignments can help restore your body to its optimal position, improve movement mechanics, and strengthen the entire system.
