The "Lift with Drew" program gives you the opportunity to workout with your favorite Strength Lab Coach! Each month you will be able to follow along with Coach Drew and his own personal strength training program! Receive support and feedback from Coach (directly within the Trainerize app) and others who are following along with his program (within our private Facebook group). Sounds like too much? Coach Drew can adjust the program to fit your schedule, offering you a lifting schedule that can include 2 to 4 days of strength training per week. Every day of May 2023 get at least 20 minutes of walking and/or running every day! The main focus of this challenge is to develop consistency in getting up and moving more every day. Working from home, I personally struggle with getting enough steps and general movement in each day. Spice it up if you'd like and try to gain more distance each day.
