I've built an online Fitness and Wellness business over the past 5+ years as a digital nomad living all over the world, focusing on creating bespoke plans that are catered to YOU as an individual.

I don't believe that one size fits all. We are all unique, and our bodies and minds need unique attention and motivation.
Hypermobile? ADHD? Chronic pain? You are my people!

I had been training myself since 2008, going from being a weak, skinny girl with aching joints and chronic fatigue *(hypermobility), to a strong, energised woman who looks and feels better in my late 30s than I ever did in my 20s.

When I realised I had cracked a magic code for my mind and body to feel fantastic - connecting the two through health and fitness - I knew I had to turn my hobby and life-force into a coaching career.

Helping people be the best version of themselves is my sole purpose in life. I want everyone to feel as good as I do.

I've had clients from all walks of life, all shapes, sizes, and ages.

My aim is to get you strong and pain-free, and the physique will follow. Creating sustainable, life-long habits is more important to me than keeping you as a client for too long. A good coach gives you all the tools you need to go off on your own and continue to empower yourself forever.
