Expect a challenging, supportive session that helps you progress week after week. What’s included: •⁠ ⁠Training based on your ability. •⁠ ⁠Guidance on form, technique, consistency and mindset so you improve with purpose •⁠ ⁠Structured weekly progression to ensure continual development and measurable results •⁠ ⁠Complimentary tea and coffee (on a Saturday), and I’m always giving away prizes.
