Hi there! So little about my self I’m a certified personal trainer have been in the industry for 28 years it’s been my passion since high school,I’ve worked for Corp gyms and been successful but now it’s time move in a different direction. I’m pretty laid but when it comes to helping people change the way they look and feel I get excited and seeing some one change warms my heart! Things I do for fun are just getting outside when I can ,looking to starting riding motorcycles again and traveling more and see the country
