You will get to have a nutrition coaching session once a week for 4 weeks. We will go over what you are doing, what you need to be doing, and strategies to actually get there. With Nutrition Coaching, you will go through the 7-Step process of goal setting, determining total daily energy requirement, set protein - carbs - and fat macronutrient targets, convert numbers to food and habits, and monitor progress.
